Reaching out for help is a big step and it is important to feel comfortable with whoever you have chosen to get help from. I can offer a free 15 minute zoom session or phone call so that you can get a sense of me, and I can work out if what I am offering is a good fit for you. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I can offer appointments in your home in the London area (subject to travel distance).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I can also offer online appointments and VIG<\/a> (via Zoom). In some cases, a combination of online and face to face appointments may work best.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
